how to solve these problems?

office:
PC speed is pent3, 500mhz , internet connection 10mbps and share by 10 staffs. table crappy and boss off air-con to save cost or he feel cold maybe, even though there are others staff ard in office.
So anyone having the above situation and ways to solve this? -
get a new job

mate a 500mhz to 10mbps just ain't doing justice to teh internets.
grab ur own laptop and start working. or better yet, work from home.

NEVER.. take away staff luxuries , cut pay in the name of saving cost. Even when at times are low. -
What exactly are you using your computer for?? If its for mundane office stuff like spreadsheets, word processing, sending emails etc, i don,t see any reason why you are not able to cope with that PC of yours.
Of course if you are talking about video conferencing, multimedia, programming etc then you need a new PC. Alternatively , try googling on "how to make your computer faster". There are some nifty tricks that can "rejuvenate" an old & ailing PC. -
my 400mhz celeron runs on xp.

Needs time to get used to boss way of talking... feel like slapping him but then again if i can endure his nonsense for now, that means i can fit in well with other boss who are not so demanding+ miser+inconsiderate
