Tap Water

too much of everything is not good ... anyway, there was a newspaper report many years ago. Our Northern neighbour was selling mineral water which was bottled from well water. It was straight from well to bottle without proper filteration - something like that. Then it was also reported that the battery water was just oridinary tap water . ... just for you infor la ... the problem with bottled water :
- the plastic bottles used, are they clean? free from VOC n other chemicals used in the production?
- most serious problem is pollution, look at the amount of trash plastic bottles around

She thought drinking alot of water is good.....
But how much is alot? She drank like 7 litres of water per day.....If i'm not wrong some commentor said that she drank more than 3 times of the recommended amount.....
They said something about too much water go to the brain and no sodium go to the brain....something liddat
Even if she ate normally i dun think the nutrients could reach the areas where is should becoz of the ratio of water i guess -

However if you drink something carcinogenic in small quantities, the symptoms don't develop till 30 years later, you will never link the cause of it to the water you drink unless someone in the scientific community tells you so.
I rather err on the safe side, I don't mind paying abit more for my mineral water.

I shouldn't be telling you all this, it's causing me more detriment, because if more people drink mineral water, the price of mineral water is going to go up.
Please continue to drink tap water.
It make sense to use filtered water, mineral may b not.
But i've noticed that if i am giving too much pressure on filtered water, my water consumption is low

actually, tap water in SG is safe enuff to drink.. no need to get too paranoid...
when i sick, and my pots n kettles run out of time to boil, i drink tap water.... -
Gimmick...and probably the fact that its NEwater...and some people are still over-paranoid of this hahaha....
