mahjong laws?

hi I was wondering smth, perhaps someone who knows the law of playing mahjong at home.
1.) Is it okie to play mahjong at home, just 4 people playing on a table?
2.) Is there any rule that we cannot play mahjong at home in the afternoon?
3.) When playing mahjong, there are mahjong noises obviously, if the neighbours think its noisy, do they have the right to complain? The fact that its in the afternoon not in the night.
hope someone can answer me about it, appreciate no stupid comments and cliche replies thanks. -
The only rule i know is that...every different house...has different rules...to game and all that....

noise level....i tink, not only mahjong bah..........any noise inducing activity, got to have a certain consideration bah.
even daytime, babies could be sleeping or ah pek, ah mm taking nap mah.
now got noise-free mahjong table leh. but wah seh, cost C$1,999 + taxes ah. -

just try to reduce the decibals of noise produced from slamming tiless and you should be alright

1 table ok at home. 2 table illegal.
U wanna play anytime also can as long as no one complain. -

3) As long as your neighbour never complain the noise. But if in the noon, don't think they can complain also. i think sg law is after 10pm then cannot make noise.
anyway, mj noise not that loud also mah
Something fyi, rightfully, we cannot gamble money, but current police just close both eye, cuz not that serious.
