Hi mates, during my scouting for condominums, everytime, the property agents like preventing me to talk directly to the owner about the price of the house. when the property agent tells me the whole unit is like $950,000 right, he/she will say only talk outside never in front of the owner.
I mean I can neg directly with the owner, summit what I can offer ........I mean i just need to neg directly with the owner and what I need is the property agent to stand outside and if the condo is sold, he will just get his commission.
Everytime, I think the agents scared that later the owner kena persuade by you to sell for
example from $950,000 TO $880,000. They will make lesser commission cuz the house is closed at a much lower price.
Isn't is possible to ask them stand outside the house because their job is just to bring you over to the unit and if close deal, they do the paper work. I mean that's their job right. I want to neg directly with the owner of the house not the property agent.

Why? Because the property agent will only think and calculate about his commission and if the offer no good to the agent, he will not convey your message to the owner but who knows if the owner knows what you actually want to offer, he might accept it. But due to the agent, your message not being convey.
