Why my school?

last time my sec sch ends at 1pm, only on Mon at 1.30pm cos got assembly. fri i think it is 12.30pm. now i dunno what time they end school.

Oh forgot to add in, my school starts and 8am plus so I think that is why mon to thur I go home at 2 plus. Fri of course go home at 1pm becoz the malays got prayers...

if you are in sec one, lessons bound to be longer, cause they have to rush to teach the basics ma. when i was in sec 1, my lessons also ended on average, about 3.30-4. when you are in sec 3-4, lessons will end around 1 plus to 2. then you will go home and slack if not go out and eat and slack, then you will feel too lazy to touch yr hwk then your results will BOOM! i still prefer the hiong timetable. depends on u la. not yr sch only la, most schs are like that. LIVE WITH IT DUDE.

And I've known people who've quit poly to join JCs. Heavy workload? I was from jc too... I could basically just slack and skip classes, spend most of my time on my soccer trainings, and still end up in my preferred course in NUS. If jc life is considered hectic and stressful for you, then you are at the wrong place. You will just die in university after your As.
There is no such thing as jc is more stressful than poly or poly is more stressful than jc... Its a matter of suitability. If you are suitable and can handle it without stress, that is the place for you. -
My school everyday either got compulsory afternoon lesson or CCA...
Which means, no 4:30, no home...
Afternoon lesson can last til 5:30pm and CCA can last til 6pm...

Almost forgot, my school the principal always give us a talk lor lol after the flag rasing lol and you know what my friend school, he today go lucky damn start school at 9.45am. ppl school starts at 7 or 8am plus but becoz today dunno what common test but cancel so do studying lol

I wanted to go into FSV in NP initially because i am more of a media-arts person. BUT getting into it is damn tough, needless to say about how they survive inside.
assignments, projects, portfolios etc
and it's hard to produce some work that is outstanding amongst the rest to pull up the GPA.
I got into jc in the end. and actually jc isnt as stressful as poly life. AND i daresay that jc life is damn stressful for people who only memorise facts by hard and attempting to apply them because they are NOT BORN to be a recorder.
it's NOT about the level of stress. it's about whether YOU treat the stress as a form of entertainment or torture. if given the chance i would still prefer to go poly since i am able to use my creativity and NOT die-hard facts in doing my work.
