JB to KL by bus

  I need to take a break from all the PRC here!
  
  I figured that it would cost about RM 20-30 from Larkin to KL?
  
  Anyone knows what bus company + type of bus is the best value? And any related advice?

  RM25. there isn't much diversity u can find at that price point cos it's alrd cheap, but u shld be able to get a good reclined coach seat on a 24-seater. try mroe reputable brands like transnasional.

  Highly recommend you take Transnasional or Mara Liner. Keep off the ticket touts. Always buy from the counter, and I don't mean the 'authorised agents' counter.

  Uh yes. Valuable tip. Always buy from counter. Confirm seat number, platform and bus number on the spot. Bus number do change sometimes, like 2 out of 5 trips, but the buses are OK.

  oh... u might be better off on overnight trains then.
  
  when i took the 1am coach, i arrived at 4.45am at pudu. trains leave JB at 11 (often delayed till 12+), arrive at 7+.
  
  no need booking. there are so much more services to KL that you don't have to worry. you will never have to wait more than 90 minutes maximum, sometimes you can even opt for immediate boarding.

  Take LCB Tour's TransLim KKKL from Larkin. They are reliable.
  I have booked group tours directly from their Batu Pahat office. (KL Tix are only available at their larkin counter on the day itself i think)
