I thought you said it was 80Originally posted by SpecOps87:Hmm,I discovered it only when they did the ECG thing, my heart rate was 100 exact.
80 was during rest. Cuz during the ECG thing I was quite stressed and also excited i suppose. So i'm not sure if that can be attributed to be a contributing factor.Originally posted by Jem777:I thought you said it was 80He told me the normal heart rate is between 60-100. Like fever, sinus tachy is usually a symptom of an illness rather than an illness itself.
Stress and excitement could induce accelerated heart rates I guess.Originally posted by SpecOps87:80 was during rest. Cuz during the ECG thing I was quite stressed and also excited i suppose. So i'm not sure if that can be attributed to be a contributing factor.
Huh, heart beat 100, that is bad, are u a fatty or anxious minded guy? Ok, sinus can be anything, since it is link to cardia, it means the heart is involved. Normal athletes heartbeat is only 60 and some can be even below 60 as professional football does. When exercise, it should hover around 120, yours is consider high, i think your breathing got problem with the heart co-ordination. Try to do slow breathing exercises more often, get back the rthym, then go slow and easy.Originally posted by SpecOps87:Hmm,I discovered it only when they did the ECG thing, my heart rate was 100 exact.
Haha...ask those who know me in Military Nuts and SAF forum, they will know I'm not asking for a downgrade. In fact when the MO told me I'm Pes B, first thing I asked was "Sir, any possibility of upgrade?" and he was like stunned for 2 seconds before replying "Err, there's no need for you to upgrade at the moment. But they will review again at a later stage if needed."Originally posted by kaoya:no worries
it's because u are anxious (or excited)
first time doing ECG test rite
very normal
you can take your pulse now,
and it should be less than <100
summary: normal, no downgrade![]()
