Please Help Me With This

Hi my mom's birthday coming and I finally found the song that she has been looking for for many years...tried at HMV all these try to dowload here and there also cannot find.
Today finally I found it but it on a website something like streaming kind type but it's the whole song and excactly the song she has been looking for years. I copied the picture of that streaming and how it looks like below. Please help me I wish to give my mom a surprise by making it into a nice CD and give it to her.
- How can I turn this song into MP3 format? I mean what software should I use???
*** Will be extreamly grateful to anyone out here able to help me with this.

i'm not sure but you might need to open an acct. with iTunes to see if your song is even available from Apple, then you'd have to pay to download it.
have you tried the music exchange forum? maybe someone has the song you want and can email it to you.

Just play the stream and press record button. Then stop when the stream is over. And then edit the track by deleting the extra parts. iTunes got chinese songs meh?

use audacity
record it straight from ur sound card,
remember not to on any msn/ games, it will record them too
u also need the lame.dll file, which can be found frm the audacity's website
after u finish recording, click file|export as MP3
it will then prompt u to edit the ID3 tag, jst enter the song name* and artist(can leave blaNK) and genre
*important, if not the name will nt be reflected -

so I can only use Audacity to record the song recommended by forumites here. Which is a good software but stupid me ....don't know how to use so need advise from experts here who knows what went wrong when I record, there is no sound. -
turn off ur microphone under the sound section of control panels, then go to audacity, find preferences and make sure the recording device is ur playback device. so it records directly from the output.

But anyone can help me with another elated problem that comes along with this please. After I test recording for 1 min only, I got alot of little files inside the audacity_temp folder which looks like the below. And the folder is abt 6 plus MB....wow...each little folder is like part and part of the song....how to turn it all into 1 simple MP3 format?
Please help me...I am almost there...

without you guys help here, i would never be able to get this song into MP3 format.
I export out as WAV then use converter and convert into MP3 format. NOW IT WORKSSSSSS....

actually it can be done easily if you are using firefox. jus download the plugin "
download helper" and you can download songs or video as .flv format.
next, download a program named "free youtube to ipod converter" from www.dvdvideosoft.com and you can use it to convert files to mp3 format. it is also useful if u are downloading videos from online streaming. hope it helps in future.
