There is a general misconception on the ideal number of eggs to take a week.
Please think carefully what do these food items incoporate. And tell me if you have developed high cholestreal from eating these almost everyday.
1)Baked goods - breads and rolls, pancakes, cakes, cookies, cream-filled pies, meringue, French toast, waffles, doughnuts, muffins, crackers, pretzels, baking mixes, and dessert powders; the shiny yellow glaze effect on many baked goods is achieved by using eggs or egg products
2)Breaded or batter-fried foods - breaded meats (such as chicken nuggets), meatballs, meatloaf, sausage
3)Salad dressings and sauces - béarnaise sauce, hollandaise sauce, Newburg sauce, Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, cream sauces, tartar sauce
4)Pasta - egg noodles, vermicelli, macaroni, spaghetti
If that was the case, everyone should be ill now.
Almost everyone makes it seem like its deathly to consume X amount of eggs a week. But its alright to eat refined carbohydrates excessively and carciogenic processed food like luncheon meat, i guess.
All the above can make people fat.
