unfortunately, state run unis in japan's language of instruction is japanese, so i will have to rule myself out. so sad, unis in japan are highly subsidized too...

In Aussie its like 21k AUS / sem....a year is like 42k AUS? (excluding lodging)
There is SMU, NTU, SIM and NUS that offer finance related degrees...SMU would be a better choice but its quite stressful there...depends on what you want...but if its true...then studying in US is really cheaper than AUS...=/
