Got mine at 15... think those born around August or September 1988 will get a slightly different IC...
Got 2 photos.
1 is passport sized, the other one is round one. Under your passport sized photo.
Think from one of the batches onwards, no more blood group is listed. -

Year 2000 government change their policy to have young kids to make their IC at the age of 15 instead of 12.
So it starts from the kids from 1985. And i'm one of them ^^
1984 and older kids got their IC at 12
