  A month ago, got my cc bill from some bank starts with "U". Got a shock that I was charged 45 dollars for late charge fee.
  
  Realize I forgot to pay for the month before. Cos I thought I had GIRO arrangement for this credit card.
  
  Called their service support and they say that since my payment record is good, they will seek to waive my late charge.
  
  This month, cc bill come again. Never waive at all. Crap, man.

  but the "C" one i oso kena say wanna waive but no waive... after 3 calls and toking to 3 diff ppl then finally waive.....
