  I don't think so bro, its not a drug or steroid. Pretty safe, should be available but not in those Watson/Gaurdian/GNC or medical hall kinda places.

  No I can't get it in the o-t-c pharamacies, sadly. Do you mean vitiligo? It has nothing to do with testosterone deficiency... anyways, question still in pending.
