starhubMaxOnline contract renewal

  hi all,
  
  just curious....for those of you who are renewing or have already renewed your starhub maxonline contract, how do u do it?
  is it go to the website and sign up for new plan? or go to those starhub neighbourhood shops and sign up?

  you go to the website & see if you can get the info there...otherwise, you visit any starhub shops to enquire

  you terminate then get the one with promotion...normally if got computer promo they'll give you free modem....can sell the modem if you dun need it....

  i thought renew and re-sign with them for another 2 year contract can liao?
  
  because now they got super promotion : digital cam + photo printer!
  i wish it was an xBox 360, though.

  You don't have to terminate ur current account.
  
  As long as ur contract has expired, and the promotion u are interests you,
  you can:
  
  1) call 1633 for their customer service hotline and asks more about the promotion to check if u are really eligible for the promotion or not. Then how can you go abt renewing your service plan.
  
  2) sign up online thru their website. details i'm not really sure abt it.
  
  3) proceed to any Starhubs shop. they can do the processing and form filling for you. this way u get an official receipt also. safer imo.

  every 3 months or so there will be someone from starhub who will call me to update me on the current promos and special promos.....
  i used to hate such telemarketers but we have chatted and sort of become frens......

  U want to renew ur contract huh? Be patient. Wait for goodies then go. Dun wait sign liao regret. I only get a hp512 phone with 2 yrs contract. Now regret.

  Me jus sign up a new Maxonline express on 7Jan..forgo the Digi Cam and printer..as the monthly bill woudl be $51.36 bond 2 yrs..not worth it. instead, i go for another promotion, monthly is $$44.94 for 2 years + a free modem(which i exchange for 3000 rewars points)
