Help Needed: Doll Repair Shop In Singapore

Yo all need some help. I got an old cloth stuff doll which is of great sentimental to me. However, is is quite damaged due to wear and tear. I was wondering if anybody knows of any shops or person in Singapore that does doll repairs? Searched on the internet found only US sites that specialise in this. All help is greatly appreciated. Tks!
