  No need any money to apply for a singpass, just go to the website and apply, and they will send you your singpass by mail, or if you want a quicker way, just go straight down to a cpf building and apply

  1 of the uses is written inside the o lvl jae booklet but i forgot wad is it -.-

  ya thats one of the reason i apply for singpass
  
  not so sure abt the details, so i just applied for it just in case. Because singpass takes 4 working days to arrive, and JAE is open only for 5 days from thursday onwards.

  application of courses (JAE exercise) via internet need singpass for the ex O level students (etc earlier than year 2007)
