Reporting on loan sharks

  When a person borrows money from loan sharks and got no money to pay back and he goes to make a police report, will the police charge him too for illegial borrowing from the loan shark?

  my house got kena a few times before, they got put chinese name also......
  
  that time they even throw washable paint at my door, i heard a splat then i open the door, i see the paint all over, my father also at home that time....
  
  if i ever get to catch these people in the act near my house ah, i'll squeeze their balls like mad and show no mercy

  Yes of course. The best way is.. bluf the ah long to come meet you at a designated spot. Then you set him up by calling the cops to go arrest him. In this way, you can go away scot free eh.
