Sorry for being stupid here, but I understand that in degree it is usually a 3 year course where you get a basic degree?
Like 3 years --> Degree
4 years --> Bachelor
5 years --> Honours
8 years -->Masters
13 years --> PhD
Can someone explain this? As well as terms like MBBS etc. what about terms for U grads? postgraduate, graduate and undergraduate.. Thanks alot!
bachelor and degree same...
honours maybe one more year... maybe not... depends on course...
In singapore,
usually bachelor/degree...3years
honours...4years
masters...5-6 years
There are some courses in singapore which offers honours degree in 3 years.
Go overseas, some Master course...only 4years
MBBS i think means master in biz studies
U grad means grad lor
postgraduate also refer to graduates but usually refer to those who have already graduated with degree/honours but is currently pursuing master/phd
grad means grad already
undergrad means still schooling
MBBS is the acronym for Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery.
