I had recently purchased a 52-inch, sharp aquos LC-52G7M, television. Problem is, there will be a continuous stream of cracking sounds lasting for 10 - 20 seconds originating from inside the tv, whenever i switched bewteen hdmi-input or the coaxial-input (and vice-versa).
I had contacted sharp, and they said this is normal. Does anybody else experience this, and is it really normal?
I was able to speak to a technician from sharp and the sales-chap from whom i purchased the tv from.
One said, it was an issue with the speakers or the SH digital-setup box, another said it was just the plastic casing expanding and cooling from the thermal differences. What's going on here? Can anyone advise?
