Is polo tee considered smart casual dress code?

  If you can, please wear a shirt. It can be short sleeved.

  smart causal, means long sleeve shirt and pants, in some cultures, a tie is required.

  but knowing singaporeans' "foreign-stars-lead-the-way" kind of fashion, anything goes.

   

  Some Ppl lost touch of how and when to dress up.

  Some Ppl need to attend grooming course.

  Certain place u need to dress up,eg D&D or Wedding Function, Dress to Kill.
