Can one make it big in Shenzhen?

I heard many guys went to mainland and make big towkay...wanna try my luck but quite worried about safety.my neighbour went shanghai and strike out liao:)

Sick and tried of staying here and work for peanuts and see pay gettting smaller by PRCs.now it time to counterstrike

You don't earn much opening a snack outlet that caters to a specific area. One will earn in business when you successfully reached out to the 1.4 billion population to spend on you.

Im thinkin with so many bright minds here..why not pool our money and resouces and make it big in south...dun go shanghai too saturated go to second tier cities....called our company SG forum united ...sure can win

I think ask MP for direction....for loans and assistance like network in Shenzhen...cause they are elites if they dun help ppl like me get rich..then how all wait here to eat maggi mee?

You can start by doing some business with the PRCs at home first...
PRC (Money-mindedness + Cunningness) x 10 = Shenzhen businessman's
No risk no gains. There is 1 honest businessman in every 100..

Going to another doesn't necessarily means success. Kinda ironic that the chinamen are all coming over for apparent "better money" over here, while you are comtemplating going over there. Depends on what you intend to do lah!
Somemore Shanghai and Shenzen are super competitive places.
