FYI, there isn't NSF in the states. They r called the Reserve Army, n they signed up for it on their own will. Their pay is nothing fantastic, even less than our regulars(during non-active deployment n training) So i guess it either ur officer was drunk while bullshitting those carp or he think u r a gullible idiot??? -
