Why were others not booked??
I was booked recently for parking without a vaild coupon at a Hougang multi-storey carpark.
Other vehicles parked along double yellow lines, loading and unloading bays and the handicap parking spaces at nearby bloacks were not booked. Maybe it is better to park illegally.

Cos minah only handle car parks.
Traffic police handle double yellow line illegal parking.And traffic police hardly go into housing estate car parks.

i dun use that though. i dun need to write compos anymore. i mean this is a place to chill though. just like signlish n english. i knoe when to use which of these two. it's not weird though. it's just goes to show i'm unique in the natural way. hahahaha -

if you dun like people sticking fines on your car, you can always install those miniature microwave generators in your car. It makes people near your car get nose-bleeds and makes them feel dizzy. it has the added benefit of messing up the police's speed radar
