Actually did you all know stadiums are opened at 4.30am for jogging?
jogging like many other sports or exercise is helpful in developing stamina etc....
but it is limited only to if you breathe correctly and breathe the right air.......
Any sports are good for our body. ![]()

As long u are happy doing it, go ahead. If u are not happy doing it or by force, then that's will stress u up and become depress later, that unhealthy la. ![]()
After any sports, have a good refreshment
and healthy food.

jogging is only good when there's fresh air
and do so by taking your own time to jog, don't put yourself on a time limit.
do lots of warm up and cool down exercises before you commence and end your jogging, else there will be some imact (damage) done to either your muscules or your joints / bones etc..
it's true that it's good, but i only jog once in a blue moon when i'm down with blocked nose/fever..
Disclaimer: my practise is not recommended for none-season joggers/runners whose body aren't tune(used to) jogging etc.. So don't take my words for real and heed advice from your nearest doctor for health advices.
Jogging increases your concentratin level and alertness, it also allows you to control and practice your breathing methods...jogging is also a good stress relieving method.
Try to jog around scenic areas as it will calm and sooth your nerves and reduces stress levels =)
