Urgent! Business reply envelope

  hi all,

  regarding those envelopes whereby at the postage stamp area, they got print the words "Postage will be paid by addressee" and there's a "Business reply service" box on the envelope.

  Does that mean i don't need to put any stamp on it?

  i got this envelope sent to me by reader's digest and they need me to send my payment back to them.

  haiz, me live on ubin too long never see the world liao....

  one more question....u know, the credit card usually has the card number (format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), the expiry date and the 3-digit code number.

  if we fill out the our credit card details (only the full card number and expiry date, NO 3-digit code number) on a payment slip to make payment in the envelope and it gets lost, does that mean the credit card will be finished?

  bt to cnfm, y nt u gimme ur name, cc lumber & expiry date, i go try cn do online shoppin anot.

  why dont you ask them to call you when received your reply then you read your number to them

  yeah, but the reader digest payment requires credit card details to be filled in the payment slip mah.

  but from what i know, online shopping sites, all the ones i've seen so far, require the 3-letter security PIN mah....

  if like that, then won't credit cards be so risky and dangerous?

  i think before the age of the internet, people always fill in such kinds of payment slips.

  thanks all, but then, even if we call the reader digest, we're dealing with a human and if they are greedy, they use my credit card number to buy things also can right?

  then they quit their reader digest job while i'm screwed.

  internet transactions are still more secure, it seems, cos' the card numbers are processed and encrypted by machines and people don't even know.
