Firstly, you need to email your resume to us, then we would contact you within two weeks
After that, if your resume qualifies, you would be interviewed by our 'judges'. During your interview, you would be tested on your oral skills, communication efficiency.
If you pass the interview, you would be sitting for a short test, testing you on your problem solving skills, which will be open ended questions, testing on how you would respond when u see wrong behaviour in the forums
After you pass the test, you would be a part time mod in the forums, there after, we would see how you actually perform.
Then after, you can have a choice to be a part time/full time mod, and time can be chose
If you wish to be an advance to proffesional moderator, you have to undergo special training- PHPbb3, scripting, physical server management, in case the there is MAJOR technical fault, and the admin is not around.
