Asking all the grads n undergrads...how much do you guys spend per month during your uni days? Day to day expenses excluding tuition fee. Think its a good guide for peeps entering uni these aug.
Depending on the individual what, and perhaps course of study.
Transportation: If you buy concession stamp, max you will spend is $97 (buses and trains) so dont spend anything more than that.
Hostel: $70+ a week i think (single room) Unless you are a girl, i dont encourage guys to share same room.
Food: I normally try not to spend too much on silly things like macs, subway, burger king, old chang kee. I usually settle for lunch which costs just 2dollars plus. $5 a day which will amount to $200 spent on food in school.
