  ragistration for a business is about $65... If you want it to be a recognised business in Singapore, you will need to register... it gives you authority to run a legitimate business in Singapore and to give you some credibility...

  but if you thinking of starting a small e-bay type business, then ur on your own...

  use Paypal (credit-card payment)

  If you to scam, they can apply for charge-back via their credit card companies or customers can bring the case to Paypal and let them investigate.
