  Pretty worried about the price also as heard some dental charges can be quite expensive.

  Also should i go to government dentists?

  Really depends on whether you're looking for cheap charges or is prepared to shell out more for painless, and non-nightmarish treatment.

  For those of you who want a chio dentist, who is caring and well loved by her patients, try Q&M Dental at Hougang Central or Hougang Mall.  Ask for Dr Sharon Chong.  Better to call and make appointment as her schedule is really full.

  I was referred there by a friend, after having a nightmare experience at the dentist besides my block.

  At the dental clinic next to my block, I pay $26.00 for a molar extraction.  It was bad experience, the dentist was out to do a quick job as he's seeing another patient in the next room. It took less than 15 mins to get everything done.  If you want cheap and fast job, then PM me and I'll tell you where it is.

  Q&M charges more, I paid, $80.00 for the extraction, additional $60.00 for x-rays and consultation.  Pricey but worth it, didn't know that my tooth is out until she said so.

  Take note that she doesn't specialize in root canal treatment for molars, I was referred to another specialist in Toa Payoh for it, male dentist, but the service quality is just as good, only thing is the Hougang one is a lady and is chio.  :D
