last 2 weeks, my head got quite serious dizzy spells cos' i slept too late and wake up too early for a consistent period of time (slept at 1 am, wake up 6 - 7 am).
so, recenty, i slept earlier, from 10:30 - 11:30 am.
now, my dizziness seems to have gone and i feel much better now.
however, the very strange thing is....everytime i sleep at 10:30 - 11:30 am, i always wake up at 4 - 4:30 AM!!!!!! have been like this for a few days liao.
it's like sleep around 11:15 pm, wake up around 4+ am.
after i woke up, i usually take around half an hour to 45 mins to sleep again, before waking up at 6 - 7 am.
anyone knows what is happening? got experience this before?
You sleep too early liao. Go back sleep at 1 am and you will be fine.

thats coz the average adult needs only 7 hours of sleep......you sleep at 1030 and wake up at 430 is around 6 hours mah.......
You get an average of 5-6 hours and three sleep cycles and now no headaches from sleep deprivation so you kpkb for what?

u slp at least a lil bit > 6 hrs can le.

Normal what....just carry on and let your body get used to the new timing.
Did u start taking any medications?Or reduce ur daily exertion?
"Something" wants to play with u at 4 - 4.30am...
U xiou la.... sleep at 1 wake up at 6-7 is considered normal.. i sleep less than u ok..
of course u feel different wan wake up at 4-4.30am cuz ur sleep pattern are only 5-6 hours per day sleep... u suddenly sleep at 10 - 11pm sure will be different la
plus your headache is better not bcuz u sleep early ,. its cuz on sat or sunday u sleep more to pay the sleep debt...
If you have awaken many times in a nite everyday then its a problem.. but yours.. nothing la.. don worry. just don sleep too early.. try sleep at 12.. then if you wake up early at 6, relax and read some paper.. dont try to get into sleep again if u cannot sleep..
LOL, thanks all! my problem i think is solved now.
slept yesterday at 12 midnight and woke up at 5:05 am, then went back to sleep again till 7 am. :)

Lol.. u very funny leh.. Your problem is still there 'cos you still will wake up, just that you woke up at 5 plus instead of 4 plus. ![]()
LOL, but wake up at 5 quite normal, because i usually wake up around that time.....just that when i woke up at 3 am etc, i freaked out. :D:)

When u wake up at 3am something,
that means "Something" wants to play with you...
i guess i know what is your problem..
u cant accept of waking up 3 or 4am .. cuz u scared of things lurking at nite..whereby most ppl already sleep and listening to any sounds will be weird to u..
when its 5 something.. its already time for most ppl to get ready to work or something, of course u will get used listening to sounds made by neighbour preparing food or something, so u r not afraid.. so its easy for u to sleep back knowing, its already morning...

i cannot accept waking up at 3 - 4 am cos' after that, very hard to get back to sleep, then i spend the rest of the hours dunno what to do also.
i sleep from 8pm - 9.30pm then 1.30am - 6.20am.. i tink i am weirder lol.
at least u still can wake up leh, i slp at around 11~1am, 6am wan to wake up, alarm ring for 5 min oso wont wake up
Mine's haywire as well.
9pm - 12am, then 2am - 5am. Cold sweat starts at 6am, laze around in bed till 7am half awake and half asleep. At 7.30am wide awake.

read dictionary if u wake up at 4am again
then u would go back to sleep in less than one min
