Is it okay getting the Singapore flag imprinted on a jacket for a gaming competition overseas but it's not a Singapore-sanctioned competition held locally.. It's just a group of people wearing the same type of jackets(windbreaker-ish) with "Singapore" emblazoned at the top back and the flag at the breast pocket area..Its just to show that we are from Singapore that's all.. Anyway, which Ministry can i enquire regarding the usage of the state flag/insignia etc? Is it MICA?

How it cannot be used or treated
Apart from the exceptions stated in the Singapore Arms and Flag and National Anthem (Amendment) Rules 2007, the flag cannot be used:
(a) in any trademark or for any commercial purpose;
(b) as a means, or for the purposes, of advertisement;
(c) as, or as part of, any furnishings, decoration, covering or receptacle;
(d) at any private funeral activity;
(e) incorporated or worn as part of any costume or attire; or
(f) on any private vehicle. -
Be creative a bit la. Flag design no need to copy wholesale de ma.

I saw before singapore flag design underwear at some department store before lor.. Like that how to explain??
