nowadays,the avg temperature is much lower than the peak period during el nino.i feel as if we are enetering into global freezing instead of global warming. ha =P

U know, I used to watch 'Bao Gong'. They say if it snows in summer, there must be a 'yuan an'! Any prominent court cases lately? :D
