Why can't she go out alone with you? She can just treat you as friend. A girl going out with a guy doesn't mean they are on a date or either one has feelings for each another.

And for the study group solo thing, it probably doesn't mean anything. My guess is she likes your companionship and you as a person, if not, I doubt she will be that attentive or even suggest studying together with you. Are you interested in her, by any chance? -
