Are leaders born or made?

  my store only a few no education store people so u a more intelligent tala a leader is born. so how u define a leader? got powewr one siah...i wan 2 laff that tickles. he is a leader because he pays my salary. when he don't he is just human

  Leaders are determined by the hearts of the people through True Serving of the People.

  True Leaders are selected by GOD Himself through circumstances.

  Good Leadership must begin from being a good follower.

  Leadership is merely a knowledge of managing people.

  I believe leadership skills are inborn. But at the same time, can also be trained.

  i.m.o., leaders become leaders coz they are being put into situations where they must strenghthen or else they die, thus, instilling leadership qualities in them. in this way they are 'made'

  however...they got to be 'born' in this kind of situation, or to a society that will but them through this kind of situation. therefore...they are both 'born' and then 'made' to be a leader.

  think u guys donno wat threadstart meant by born/made

  every single one of us is born but even if we are son of president or son of king etc etc. ....

  does not really means we will be a outstanding leader

  (leader in this sense is great ppl who accomplish great achievement , ain't ur sergeant or ur boss who everyday scold u thinking his 1 big fxxx )

  u will have to strive to become a real leader. 

  u see in history those leaders who are very very famous usually do not came from nobel family

  but those peasant or slaves family. (of course also got ppl come from nobel family la)(i know someppl will use this point to å�� me so i add this in)

  eg. 汉高祖,秦å�²çš‡(this dude is not king son actually), æ¯›,
