on moral grounds, l shld return ppl things tat l owned. But however, this $60 is not a loan from him and if l giv him, l would be throwing my $60 off. a bit heart pain
so l will like to ask u all, how u all look at tis matter, shld l return or not.
I dun see why U need to pay unless there was something that was pre-arranged and chargeable with the understanding that U will be attending.
