Did the trojans founded Rome?

  For those of you who watched the Troy movie, remember the last scene when Paris pass the Sword to Aeneas to carry on the fire of Troy..guess where it landed...in the Italian peninsula and they founded Rome..

  Whether it's a myth or facts, whether the Trojans escape to Italy from Turkey is still debatable..but Trojans seamanship during that time rivalled with the greeks in the meditarenean...so is it possible they landed in rome?

  Maybe it will be in another movie...

  Some historians say that troy do not exist, donno whether is it true. but i though troy is based in Greece not Turkey

  I believe that Troy exists maybe not in that fantasy realm with gods and goddesses...and many Europeans took pride that they are descended from Hector, the fallen hero of Troy

  achilles and hector both are good. much prefer either over paris.. even ajax and odysseus much better..
