Some time ago I saw someone mention about purchasing pre-paid online credits to purchase items online.
With little clues, I've been searching for similar types of services. One which I've come across is GreenDot, but when going through it's retail outlet search, I found out it only caters for the US.
Does anyone know of any similar services, and where (if exists) the pre-paid credits can be purchased at?

Maybe I've not been clear enough.
Paypal works on existing credit card/NETS and bank accounts. This which was mentioned does not work on the customer's actual bank accounts, and is only reliant on pre-paid credits that are bought in stores. Kinda like the pre-paid phone cards idea combined with online shopping.
