are u able to crack an egg with only one hand?

  use one hand hold an egg n hit on the frying pan's edge, n then use ur fingers to open up the egg shell n let the egg drop onto the pan.
  
  can u do it? anybody u know can do it? how to learn ah?
  
  or maybe u r worse, u cant even crack an egg! u crack egg until the egg yolk burst n got shrapnels of egg shells in the egg

  Actually got 1 way not to make the yolk break so easily... You try cracking the egg not so centre...

  I just squeeze it hard in my palm and it cracks, the content would fall into the pan, though I would get a lot of it on my palm as well.

  It's simple. Just do as you see those people selling ban mian do. No need to practise much and you'll be able to do it. I did it on the first try, and the egg yolk didn't burst.

  But one thing though, hands will be full of egg white.

  eggs are easier. at most you'll just get shell in the pan. just find something to fish the shell-bits out loh...
