  Step 2 - wait for Aloe Vera to grow big

  Step 3 - blend Aloe Vera into sap

  Step 4 - coat pimpled face with Aloe Vera sap

  Aloe Vera is poisonous in nature, it is true that there are no medical benefits but the poison kills grems/bacteria on the pimpled skin.
