they are pretty polite.. but speak jap.. so unless you can understand jap..
I've been to the Disneyland in LA, Paris and Japan. Even though there is quite a gap between visits, I've got to say that Japan is between LA and Paris in terms of fun. On a cold weekday, Japan is quite fun if you know what to queue and what not to queue. Ride all the rollercoasters, Disney's rollercoasters are designed to be family fun, and should be relatively pleasant if you aren't medically handicapped. Japan's coasters are generally fun and safe, and are thrilling enough for younger adults.
Japan also like said above, is much more friendlier due to their culture. The people who work there are generally kinder folks.
EDIT: Also, the staff are mostly trained to speak english. They do help even if their responses are a bit broken. But good luck getting to the actual Disneyland if you don't speak Japanese.
LA is boring and warm. I can't think of anything great about it.
Paris is awesome, just because of their Tomorrowland's Space Mountain Mission 2, which doesn't chain lift the rollercoaster up, but launches the train up before sending passengers into the mountain. The selection there is cattered more towards thrill rides however.
