I paid $596.00 I was given 3 shots of the anesthesia, and a filling done on my damaged molar. If just extraction should be lesser, say about $500 or so?
National Dental Centre charges about $300 to $380. But I was there on 1 apr, and was told that for wisdom tooth surgery, I need to be on the waiting list, a slot can be given to me, 8 months. I can't wait till dec, and went to a private dentist.

Me too, after a lot of "nightmare on elm street" until a friend of mine recommended me to a dentist who is not only chio but also sweet. Ha ha. Since then no more phobia liao, I always like to open my eyes to look at her when she works on my tooth. keke

extraction of 2-3 wisdom tooth at NDC will cost ard 500-600..fully paid by medisave. but medicines will need to pay by cash.
private clinics will definitely cost more.. try to find those that can pay using medisave also.. should cost ard 500 for 2 wisdom tooth also..
if u are feeling tremendous pain, try to use surgical mouth rinse (think it's Euceril..can get at watson's) and ice pack to ease the pain.

all my wisdom tooth came out and it hurt.
but the dentist told me no need to extract.
now its ok.
its just the teething process. see if ur dentist want to earn your money or not.
mine said that not everyone has to extract and just because it hurts, doesn't mean it has to be extracted.

if it's impacted wisdom tooth, they will most likely recommend extraction,
because in the long run it will cause decay and damage your molars.
