Hmm. Im aiming on an RC Tank from VStank. Planning on a Leopard 2A6 tank. Really sexy tank. Costs around $100-$200. Various functions to play with, such as you can play in battle mode with other tank. If your tank "dies" it will shake around and cant shoot for a moment. Has functions such as 3 forward speeds, working lights etc.
Theres another 1:16 scale Leopard 2A6 RC tank made by Tamiya. It has digitally recorded engine sound (digitally recorded from a real Leopard 2A6 tank) which is damn cool, with functions such as start up sound, idling, move off etc. Theres alot of features which you can play with. Ofcuz, with such functions, its cost will be alot as well. Costs $1000-$2000 estimated.

Haha. I don't think you need to be rich to get one.
All you need is cut down on spendings, save more, dhen you can buy what you wanted!
I used this method so that i can buy things i like, ofcuz, if its within my range. I'm not rich btw. Haha
If you think the r/c heli will do you good, go ahead and buy it. If not, why not use the money on other things else? But im sure the heli would be a good companion if you are bored. ![]()

Talked to one of those r/c planes owner today at seng kang patch of empty fields and he told me that for beginner it can be pretty expensive . Only after you attainted a certain level of mastery then things will become cheaper as you will know how to make your own plane already . But for starters , i can't bring myself to buy that $400+ transmitter to use for planes . My pay is just $1476 , if i wants to play that .... i gotta save hard . But whenever i see pple flying their DIY r/c planes i really can't help but to gawk at it . Sigh !

Suggest you start out at cheaper planes to understand the controls first...a simple beginner set should come with stock controller and cost lesser than 250...
i bought a honey bee and played a few times, now left under my bed coming to 1 year untouched
