  stay in japan, hk and sg b4..... yes sg one still the biggest.. but... the govenment suckz!!!.. so i rather stay in those small pigeon hole..

  I think you dun need $600K. For a small studio apartment of around 300+ to 400 SQF, you can get it for around 350K - 400K in places like thomson or balestier.... its very small but I have been a property agent for a short while before, unless you are very anal about having a lot of space, this is quite good enough for a private crib.
