Bad shopping experience at Best Denki

hmm since like u had the same experience as me. few years back i bought a washing machine from them with a extended warranty with best denki. after one year usage, it broke down.so called best denki GWC to report the broke down but they keep saying they will call me back went i asked to speak to the manager they say he is not in. so in the end personaly went down to stomp the place n hav a good chat with the manager before managing to get my machine serviced. very very bad service, from then on neva bought from them animore.

actually, regardless of where you buy, be it courts or harvey norman, u also dun know whether the things u r getting is a display set or not...just have to cross fingers and hope for the best...

But maybe they saw the turtle and give you another older set just to cover up, then tell you that the display set got marker marks, some prank guy wrote on it. So they decided to give you a better set. -

i bought my LCD TV from best denki PS..
took 2 months to deliver my stuff...
installer never turn up...
dvd player faulty...
and many unother unpleasant encounters...
went down to PS to bang table...
spoke to management...
and they compensated me...

Wah..that's bad. I will not accept anything more than 1 week for an electronic device. They devalue by the day...2 months later, the same TV could have costed a whole thousand less. If they are unable to deliver within 7 days, I will tell not give them my business, they can wait until they have the ability to deliver it before I consider going to them again. A really shrewd and unscrupulous operator could easily make you cough up with money first, so he has cash to play with, and wait for the cost price to drop before buying it to deliver to you. -

It seems like the delivery is done by Best Denki but the installer was from Sony, rite?
If that is the case, the cause of bad service maybe due to bad communication. Maybe the outcome would be better if you deal with Sony direct than thru Best Denki?
