  EH nalgene is aluminium, how to get cancer??? Those sports bottle are the ones which will get cancer. Plastics diffuses over long period and over exposure to UV and infrared. Aluminium are the best. Their oxides can never diffuse, cus it can tolerate melting points even higher than aluminium itself and is more compact.

  Cos Nalgene's plastic is harder than that of sports bottle, thus melting point is definately higher...

   

  Sports bottle is definately out of the list now. Nice ones only 500ML. 750ML ones not nice. i want the " suck " system but oh well.

  So now its down to Nalgene and SIGG..i think i'll take Nalgene instead.

  Actually before Nalgene i was using a grey SIGG

  Everytime i hear the 'kerplunk' and see the dent, my heart will pain one
  In the end cannot tahan, change bottle

  i also very afraid of this...somemore my last sports bottle spoil cos drop vertically from around 1m...then the suck part drop out

  guess i'll go for nalgene...SIGG also hard to find....and looks like smaller version of jerrycans

  hahah. i've been using them for a decade. Even when mom told me they were unhealthy, i dont bother and continue using.

   

  Until recent i realised my bottle(i change them usually once a month?) is pretty dirty just even after a week's use(and washing everyday) hence..yeah.

  And also probably cos the other bottles can store more, and are better in quality and looks nicer :P

   

  But the good thing of those bottled drinks bottle is that. Your heart wont hurt if your friends hide it, throw it, or when u misplace it or drop it. (:

  i used to have a rubbermaid one, used it for 5 years until the yellow sip cover finally gave up.  one heck of a good bottle.

  i recommend that

   

  whatever it is, dont use the free bottles that british council gives, which u may be able to land yor hands on..

  the cover is super un-durable, having changed 2 bottles in the span of 1 week, and one cracked up on its first day of use. =.=

  haha... those bottles that looks nicer also have their cons too. If let's say it's dirty on the inside, you can't really see it unless the ones you use are transparent. Also, after some time, you feel the inside, it feels slipery. Difficult to wash the inside.

  yea ur friend is right nalgene can cause cancer after extended use the plastic wears down and leaks cancer causing chemicals into your water. i suggest SIGG mayb the sports bottles
