anyone facing problem with their Maxmoblile devices? or their customers services? i'm having so much crap from them, wanted to cancel but i'm on 2 years contract, call them up will either end up in waiting list or they'll promised someone going to call me back, but will takes years for them to do so.. just like now.. i've been put on waiting for 15mins but no one managed to pick up my call... is Singtel any better?
Normally, I don't have problem waiting for long when I called them. I am also having problem with my maxmobile, especially at night. It gets disconnected often at night.
Which package did you sign up?
Be careful with Singnet. I was fed up with their service that is why I switched to Starhub.
1) I started with Singnet using their limited access broadband and I was charged so much extra for the bill. I did not exceed the given time for using the broadband but Singnet overcharged me by $40 to $50.
2) When my limited access broadband contract expired, I signed up with the unlimited access broadband, they overcharged me again. They did not deliver what they promise, did not give me one month free subscription that comes with the promotion.
3) Now that I have terminated my contract with them, they did not pay me credit as they promise.
4) Their Customer SErvice sucks like hell. I was talking politely to the staff and he shouted without control. The customer service staff are not helpful. Most of the time I called for help, they are not helpful and if possible they push responsibility. Majority of them have very bad attitude, not customer orientated.
Many of my friends have stopped using Singnet services as they also encounter problems with Singnet.
For your benefit and to save you from having headaches, please consider carefully if you want to switch to Singnet. Singnet really sucks. Singnet is the worst in service to the clients compared with the others. Please let others know so they will not suffer.
as with all other hotlines, whether telcos, banks, electronics, this is normal.
they spent a great deal of money to program those pre-recorded msgs so they can hire less human beings to talk to u.
so if u wants to talk to a human being and they are cut the number of staff, u have to queue loh.
perhaps this also indicates how many ppl are having problems with their service, tts why the lines are always so busy
