5.1cm - 10cm = medium?
10cm onwards = high?
are there some kinda international standards to follow?

I am a girl I also have a rather high forehead. But fringe really helps it all!
Though we have to be conscious of whether our fringe covers our forehead completely and does not leave any holes. But yeah, fringe helps a lot.
Don't be too sad .. they say high forehead people are smart people. heeheeheee =p
