North Bridge Road near sultan mosque that stretch got one old toy partyware shop.. got such things.. u can check..

if not from the Fu Lu Shou building and OG Building in Bugis there, cross the road to the place with a lot of sell incense and joss papers stretch.. got one toy partyware shop also..

Hmm.... maybe you might also want to try the Concourse building along Beach Rd/Nicoll Highway?

There are a few former Blanco Court shops there that may sell these things.

or u can try stealing from ikea or any furniture shop
