  What time do the shops at Bugis Village/Bugis Street open everyday ah?

  11am will they be open already?
  Especially this shop called Cool-time.

  Anybody know?

  Coo Time is it? Selling watches?

  If yes, they open very early, as early as 9am.

  Cuz i walked past there every morning.     Then i always see this Coo Time shop.

  they all have to open at 11am
  or they will be fined
  bcos got tourists complain they go but shops no open
  so the management say all open at 11am

  i shd hv asked my ang moh frens to go there last month sia
  they were looking for watches and singapore souvenirs
  i asked them to go lucky plaza hurhurhur
