Ok example throw 3 dice add up 8. So we count from the person who throw dice 1, 2 anti-clockwise until the person is 8. Then that person muz count 8 sets of 2 tiles clockwise or anti-clockwise <--- direction for this I asking before start taking the first 4 tiles and then the other follow suit. -

not necessary. you can use 1234 or 5678 and wait for eyes. as long as you are listening to two sides. but definitely you cant wait for 1_3 or 2_4 and etc.

normally 4 fans. but some of them play 5 fan if you win ping hu without eat and pong.

for da san yuan, you gotta to win with three of each colour (green, white and red). some of them play the rule where u have 3 of each colour, u can declare that you win.

When do we call bao under what situations?

1. when the guy has pong/eat of 9 tiles of a same colour, and your discard of that colour result to his winning, you are bao-ed hahaha. provided that he win with one-colour.
2. when someone has already 4 fans on the table (be it flower, animals or pong of big tiles). if your discard tile added his win from 4 fan to 5 fan, you are bao-ed.
3. pertaining to point 2, if the guy has 4 fans and ur discarded tile added it up to 5 fans, though he did not win, you will be bao-ed if he self-pick.
4. you will also be bao-ed if your discarded tile is 4 tiles away from the last 7.5 tiles AND the discard tile is not found in the sea.
5. lastly, you are bao-ed when someone win your discard tiles while you are xiao xiang gong or da xiang gong. -

3.win ping hu some count 4 some count 4.5
4.yes flower siong plus 1 tiles, kang kang siong = 5 tiles
5.yes total left 15 tiles = 7.5 on table un touch = draw game
6.anit-clockwise(remember you lower leg is always on your right)
7.counting start from right side to the left
8.xiao san yuan you need to game but da san yuan you just show you 3 pcs each of the dragon tiles enough lia...note xiao san yuan = 3 tiles, da shan yuan = 5 tiles...if you pong two dragon tile on the ground...then who ever discard the other you will pao him and he pay for all
9. yes, pong all or if you got 3 pcs each, show or not show...like da san yuan. but you got to game...left with 1 wind no pong is call xiao san yuan all 5 tiles...
10.counted as 2 tiles..if got all 4 animals counted as 5 tiles..if you got 7 flowers (excluded animals)...you game anyhow also 5 tiles, if you got all the 8 flowers...no need game also 5 tiles..call flower game. if you got 7 flower, when game over, you ask all ppl to open their cards in case they keep the flower inside cos if you got 7 flower anyone draw the 8th flower consider you game already
11.i)bao.... got 9 of a kind cards on the floor (kao jong)then other player discard the same type of cards let you game all same kind
ii) when any players got 4 tiles on the floor then bao those dragon cards and wind
iii)when double wind players got 3 tiles on floor then bao his wind...ie like Dong..the start if pong Dong got 2 tiles...if the got 3 tiles on the floor excluding pong the dong then bao dong
iv)last 7 cards left to draw...bao kang
v)last 5 cards left to draw...bao green -> green means cards no one discards yet...1st on the floor eat one no count...must be in the discard pool
VI)player pong all wind, dragon and 1,9cards 3 sets on the floor then bao wind, dragon and 1,9 cards
vII) pong two dragon cards bao the other..... -
